Questions

Unnecessary chemicals don't belong in your home

Clean shouldn't leave anything behind. But conventional products do. Forever chemicals on the dishes you eat off, optical brighteners in the clothes you wear. Synthetic compounds built to last, not to rinse away.

A group of synthetic chemicals valued for repelling water and cutting grease. The catch is in the name: they're built to last, so they don't degrade - which is exactly the opposite of what you want touching the things you eat from.

Their chemical structure is extremely stable, so ordinary conditions - water, heat, time - don't break them apart. Once they're made, they persist in soil, waterways, and living things for years.

Because they don't break down, they accumulate. Small amounts from everyday sources add up in the environment and in the body over time, rather than passing through and clearing out.

Your dishwasher is one of those everyday sources. Anything that doesn't fully rinse can dry onto plates, glasses and cutlery - or head down the drain into the water system. It's worth knowing what's in the products you use every day.

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

Yes. Your first order is covered by our 30-day 100% money-back guarantee — if you're not happy, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no hassle. The guarantee applies to your first order only; recurring subscription deliveries after that aren't eligible.

Are they safe for sensitive skin, babies, and pets?

Yes. Our formulas skip the harsh chemicals and synthetic fragrances that often trigger irritation, so they're suitable for households with sensitive skin, little ones, and pets. We use naturally derived scents like Tropical Fresh, Ocean Breeze, and Lemon instead of artificial perfumes.

How do I use the Eco Pods and Eco Sheets?

For laundry, drop one pod or sheet straight into the washing machine drum (not the dispenser drawer) before adding your clothes. For dishwashing, place one pod into your dishwasher's detergent compartment. Each pod and sheet is pre-measured for one load, so there's no guesswork.

Do they work in cold water and all machine types?

Yes. Our pods and sheets are formulated to fully dissolve and clean effectively in both cold and warm cycles, and they're compatible with front loaders, top loaders, and HE (high-efficiency) machines.

How do subscriptions work and how do I cancel?

Subscriptions deliver your favourite products on a recurring schedule so you never run out — and you save on every order. Cancel or pause anytime by logging into your account and clicking "Manage Subscription."

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships out.
